Languages in Ukraine
However, Swiss people who choose to emigrate to Ukraine should be proficient in either Russian or Ukrainian, as English is not widely used. Otherwise, everyday life will be very difficult. Compared to other countries, where you can get by communicating in English, it is definitely necessary to speak either Ukrainian or Russian in Ukraine.
